We’re proud to be supported by lots of companies in our community. No matter how large or small the support we get it all makes a difference.  These events would not happen without your generous sponsorship.

As a sponsor not only will you get to be seen by the friends and families of Blackhall, but you can absolutely be assured that your sponsorship will be working hard. We carefully consider every penny we spend, or award, and we do our best to make sure your name is out there.

So, if you want to contribute, we’d love to hear from you. Working together we can figure out the best way for you to get involved and how your contribution can help us.

We know not everyone, or every company is able to sponsor us, but we happily accept donations too. So, if you have a business and you think your donation could benefit us, get in touch.

From raffle prizes to tombola items or just good old cash we appreciate them all. We’ll make sure you get name checked and we get the chance to put the money raised from your donation to good work.

Opportunities

-Main Burns Supper Sponsorship

There is the opportunity to be the sole sponsor of the Burns Supper & Ceilidh with branding  on the website and all marketing and promotional material on the build up to the event and on the night itself including multiple mentions in the speeches and logos on each table.

-Burns Supper Raffle and Auction Prizes

From signed football jerseys to glamping trips away, we would welcome any generous prizes to be included in the raffle and auction to be held on the night.  You will appear on the website and assure you that the compere for the evening will make your company heard! 

-Burns Supper "Extras"

Any additional donations from table favours to decorations would be greatly appreciated and we would make sure your generosity would not go unnoticed.

-Sports Day Main Sponsor 

This opportunity allows a company to be involved with the largest event of the year which attracts people from all over Edinburgh!  Being the main sponsor secures top billing on the sponsorship webpage and branding on all marketing and promotional material on the build up to the event and on the day itself.  This includes banners around Ravelston Park, a sponsors tent, appearing in the games day programme and multiple mentions over the PA system! 

 -Sports Day Track Sponsor

Being a track sponsor involves paying for a banner to be placed on the crowd barriers along the running track where all spectators congregate to watch the competitors.  Certain to be picked up by all the cameras!  Your logo would also appear on the website and in the games day programme and you would also automatically sponsor one race with a mention over the PA system! 

 -Sports Day Race Sponsor

There is also the option to sponsor one, two or three races. Your logo would appear on the website and in the games day programme and receive a mention over the PA system for each race!   

-Family Cycle Day or Family Fun Day Event Sponsor

Further opportunities to sponsor the Family Cycle Day or Family Fun Day are also available.    Your logo would appear on the website and within various marketing options that may be discussed.
