Running Races
Lace up those bootstraps and get involved in the various races throughout the day. For the dads race, a tube of deep heat is recommended.

Bouncy Castle
Make sure the kids eat their food after jumping around like lunatics in this inflatable castle.
Wipeout Sweeper!
Brand new to the Sports Day this year. Try and avoid getting chopped at the knees or your head taken off by the spinning arms of doom...
Climbing Wall
Try your mountaineering skills on the Ice Climbing wall. Not for those with vertigo!
Stalls
Browse and bargain hunt around the various stalls for some gifts, presents, sweets, treats and games for the kids.
Street Food
You'll not go hungry with the various gourmet offerings that will be there for you on the day
Candyfloss, Popcorn & Ice Cream
Loads of sweet things to give your kids plenty of energy for the races and make them not go to sleep for days!
Beer Tent
For the adults only where parents can tag team child care to escape for a few beverages in the sun. Advise not to combine shortly before any adults races,

Race Schedule
Get to the start line at 1pm for a warm-up led by the experts at Westwoods Health Club before the races can begin...
Don't forget your sunscreen as the sun may come out to play too!
Entry: £5 suggested donation (up to a max of £20 per family) which
includes all rides, races, sports tasters and silent disco. Under 3s are free.
Card payments will be accepted for entry and at most of the stalls but
please bring some small change/pocket money as some community stalls will be
cash only.
Dogs are more than welcome but must be kept on a lead
